1. You need to send a request to sport@harrisshoes.it, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the necessary instructions for the procedure.
2. Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them and place them in their original box or in an equally sturdy one.

When the product arrives in the warehouse and is checked by our operators, the cost of the shoe will be refunded through the payment method you used to make the purchase.

The returned items must meet the following conditions in order for the refund to be made:
All items must be returned in their original condition, with intact attached labels. Worn, used, altered or damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
The soles of the shoes must be intact and undamaged, we invite you to try the product on a soft and clean surface.
The sale of customized items is final and therefore cannot be returned.

No returns on sale items.

The return costs are charged to the customer.

If you have ordered the wrong size or the fit is different than expected, you can request an exchange of the product within 10 days.

The return must be made after a request and authorization to the email address sport@harrisshoes.it within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

We are sorry, but Harris customized products cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are tailored goods and/or clearly personalized.
