When the product arrives in the warehouse and is checked by our operators, the cost of the shoe will be refunded through the payment method you used to make the purchase.
The returned items must meet the following conditions in order for the refund to be made:
All items must be returned in their original condition, with intact attached labels. Worn, used, altered or damaged merchandise will not be accepted.
The soles of the shoes must be intact and undamaged, we invite you to try the product on a soft and clean surface.
The sale of customized items is final and therefore cannot be returned.
No returns on sale items.
The return costs are charged to the customer.
