Are the products under warranty?

Purchasing on our official website and in our boutiques allows you to access the warranty provided by the Civil Code (for materials subject to wear and tear), which currently only includes the right of withdrawal for obvious damages upon delivery.

How can I take the best care of my product?

Our products are made with high-quality materials by skilled artisans. Over the years, leather products may acquire a natural patina which, together with signs of time such as folds and veins, will give them a unique appearance. To preserve them best, just a few precautions are needed, such as avoiding contact with oils and alcohol-based substances (hand sanitizers, perfumes, disinfectants).

Can I customize a product?

It is possible to customize our most iconic footwear models to make a product truly unique. You can choose from a wide range of leathers, materials, colors, and add the detail of your initials: our skilled artisans will handcraft it just for you.

How can I purchase online?

Purchasing on is very easy: once you have selected a product, simply add it to your cart and proceed to check-out. You will be asked to enter an email address that we will only use to send you communications related to the order. If you already have an account, you can later enter your password to make the purchase as a registered user, which is faster, or you can continue as a guest. Similarly, if you do not have an account, you can decide to create one at the time to save your data or do it later. The check-out process is divided into 3 easy steps: 1. Entering your email address, 2. Delivery information: address and delivery method, and 3. Payment information: billing address, payment method. You will receive via email all the information related to the order, from receipt to delivery. If you have any doubts, you can contact our Customer Service.

Can I purchase a product that is sold out or unavailable online?

If you are looking for a size that is sold out online, you can check if it is available in one of our stores through our Customer Service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods and guarantee total transaction security:

- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

- PayPal and PayPal Express. The amount will be charged to the account at the time of shippingAt the moment we do not accept cash on delivery payments.

It is possible to request an invoice by specifying it in the "notes" section before finalizing the order.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Please contact us at the email address within 1 day from the order date. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Items on Pre-order

Pre-order items are products from the latest collection that can be booked in advance within a limited period of time. By purchasing a Pre-Order item, you will be among the first to reserve a product in the style and size of your choice.
